French localization of NeedsTranslation.strings #175

Attached, please find a localization of NeedsTranslation.strings from FR.lproj 
contained in Tunnelblick_3.2beta02.dmg.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Switch chief language to French.
2. Open the Tunnelblick beta.
3. OMG! Is that ENGLISH!?!interrobang?!

What is the expected output?
1. All French. Just French. Nothing but French.

What do you see instead?
1. English… mixed in with French. Beware the scourge of partial localization!

What version of Tunnelblick are you using? On what version of OS X?
Tunnelblick 3.2beta02 (build 2344) (OpenVPN 2.1.4)

Please provide any additional information below. Please include your
configuration file and the contents of the OpenVPN Log window (including
the first few lines with version information), but remember to remove any
sensitive information such as IP addresses.
N/A. See attachment. Apologies for snarkiness – I am feeling punchy after 
staying up entirely too late because there was just…one…more…message…to 
translate. Straightforward, incremental work in large amounts will be the death 
of me yet.

WOW! Thank you, Jeremy, for translating more than 200 strings!

(Don't worry -- snarkiness is not a problem when you do this much work!)

This has been committed as r1359. It will be included in 3.2beta04, due out 
"soon" : )
