feature request: pip install pyp #16

'pip install pyp' currently complains that there's no setup.py.  Please add one 
so that it will be more conveniently installable.  Thanks!

we'll look into that...in the meantime, you can install using the "python 
setup.py install" method after downloading the tarball. Keep in mind, this is a 
single file anyway, so can be placed anywhere in your python path.
