zcbor 0.8.0 #61

@StefanHri I believe this is ready, the failure seems to be that I don't have the right token. Are you able to give a proper review and move this along? It's necessary for the integration of zcbor 0.8.0 into Zephyr.

Thanks for your contribution @oyvindronningstad! We Have users (@kamil-kielbasa-aa ) who are using the library in production and who will need some time to update related projects. What is the deadline from your side for merging this PR so that we are ready for Zephyr update? Is this update providing critical improvements such a bug fixes?

It contains updates that have been requested for some time. Looks like feature freeze is at the start of february. https://github.com/zephyrproject-rtos/zephyr/wiki/Release-Management
