Mac Binary #2

Hey Eric,

Is there a reason why you are not providing a pre-complied mac binary anymore? I am trying to compile under Mountain Lion (which could be the whole issue) and I keep get a memory allocation error: segfault 11.

Any suggestions?

PS: I would be interested in contributing to adding the option to add cross matrices to the analysis.

Hey tshori, I don't know why it wasn't there. It looks like it never was. I just compiled it on mavericks and stuck it up there. It the main level directory called snppit

It would be great if you wanted to have a crack at adding cross matrices. I'm buried teaching this quarter.

Fork the repo, make a branch and have at it!
