Automatic flushing of unused pattern #59

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create two patterns.
2. Insert first pattern to song sequence but leave the second one "unused".
3. PTK flushes data on the second pattern automatically on save.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Pattern flushing should be a separate feature selectable f.ex. from the Disk 
I/O menu. Perhaps pattern / instrument optimization feature could be added at 
the same time.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
V2.5.3 on WinXP SP3

Please provide any additional information below.
Please check f.ex. ModPlug Tracker, it has the optimization/flushing features 
selectable from the Edit->Cleanup pulldown. Something similar would be ace.

Fixed in svn.

Cleanup is performed automatically when saving a .ptp.
