Token Elevation set by Included Macro is lost for some tokens on refresh #31

To recreate: -Select a group of tokens -Set their elevation -All selected tokens now show the entered elevation -Click F5 to refresh the game -Some tokens will no longer have a set elevation. Some will retain it.

I'm guessing a tweak is needed to the macro but this is beyond my abilities.

Details: Foundry 0.8.9 Wall Height 3.6.0.1 All other mods disabled except libWrapper and Advanced Macros
