Updating links for Google Closure Compiler #150

The current links go to the old code.google.com page. Switching to the GitHub page.

It looks like the Travis CI build failed due to a different error. Would it be possible to rerun it? I don't see how changing hyperlinks in the Readme could cause dependency errors like this says.
