Fixed killing non-pods / Improved unique entity check #12

Added code for killing services/RSs/deployments (was broken before)
Improved some syncing issues / unique IDs check, still not perfect though
Removed more dead code
Provide player with some 'equipment' to play around (Sword, TNT and flint)
