Support for new DYMO 1772057 Digital Postal Scale #12

We purchased a DYMO 1772057 from Amazon, hoping that it'd be supported.

However, that had a slightly different product identifier than the one specified in scales.h. Added that one and also added the other (missing) DYMO to the rules.d file.
