4k 60fps support? #17

I noticed that when I installed this extension 4k60fps option was removed on videos that have 4k60fps option.

Unfortunately, Youtube doesn't encode 4k60 videos in h.264, so the only available 4k60 streams are vp9. This is probably to save on bandwidth costs on their end.
