Mac app icon is screwed up again #22

Really, it's a different screwup each time! Sigh.

The atom.icns file was zero-length. I don't even know what happened. I re-ran the packager and it came back. Next upload should be fine.

Happened again. There's some flaky behavior in electron-packager. I'm not tracking it down right now; I'll just keep an eye on the file.
