Very confusingly (see the releases page), although versions 1.7.0-4 weren't stable, Electron 1.7.5 seems to have been designated a stable release.
It would be good to, in time, update to 1.7.5 1.7.9 so that we'd have the option to start using WebAssembly for the Emglken terps. It's not a pressing need though as nothing requires it.
(The one thing this would allow me to do now is to significantly better compress the main hugo.js file. Which will be good in general, but won't make hardly a dent to the size of the lectrote builds compared to everything else.)
