CustomBrowse CLI: return total possible, not total in request #94

It would be really great (for driving scrollbar feedback) if the CustomBrowse 
CLI would return the total possible number of items, rather than just the 
number up to as many as you requested. Then it would be possible to drive a 
scroll bar to keep track of position within the list, when dealing with ~10 
at at time.
