Include source files in RCP target platform

We need to have the source code packages available in the target platform; it 
is hard to write code and debug programs without the source code, and some 
Eclipse metadata editors simply doesn't work without the schema for the 
extension point.

Ideally all packages would be available, but the most critical ones are 
probably the core Eclipse RCP plugins. There are less elegant ways around this, 
but the "proper" way is to include the source code packages in the target 
platform.

We do not really include the source files, but since the .target files now 
refers to the online online platform, we have a reasonable workaround; the core 
problem is resolved in an acceptable way.
