Switch RCP client to use Tycho 0.11 #18

Tycho 0.11 is now available, we should try to switch to it and do any changes 
necessary to still make the RCP client compile.

The list of changes since the 0.10 version we are currently using is here:

It's specifically interesting to see if it solves the command line build 
problems we have seen on OSX and Windows.
