Locked menu if "connect to server" fails #24

Set server prefs to a bad value, and disconnect/reconnect using "Server" menu. 
Connection fails. After fixing bad value, it is no longer possible to connect; 
menu item is disabled. If connect/reconnect fails, the "connect" menu item 
should be enabled.
