Track and Recording names come up blank if name is derived from Work(s) #28

When showing Recordings that derive the name from its Work(s), the Track and 
Recording show up blank in many cases since the Recording has not been 
inflated. 

One example is when selecting Recordings in the Track editor dialog; many 
recordings show up blank. Another example is to open an Artist and check its 
contributions; many Recording contributions show up blanks.

Also, if trying to edit a contribution for an "unnamed" Recording results in an 
exception when trying to render the recording name in the dialog.
