Add rekt to Code Maintenance #18

Adds https://github.com/nitrogen/rekt

(not sure if this belongs in this section, but it can help with keeping a cleaner codebase, at least if you do a lot with many record definitions)

Thanks!

Don't worry, put the resources you think they are important there. We will sort and organize that later. I think categories are not what we need. We need tags, because one project can be in many different categories... In this case, tags or labels are probably better. But again, before doing that, we need an updated list. :)

Thanks for the PR :)

Great! Thanks for pulling all those in so quickly, and sorry for making so many individual PRs - hopefully that's okay (I was just following the contribution guidelines, but I know sometimes a cluster of related changes are easier to merge at once - like, say, all the Nitrogen-related updates in one PR).

It's totally okay! I prefer small PRs than big one, it's faster to merge. :)

Instructions will be updated I think, but not this part. So, well, thanks for all those resources. Don't hesitate to put more! :D

Excellent!

I will not hesitate, I just wanted to make sure I (selfishly) got my various libraries and tools up there for now. But I'm sure there will be others to add later.

Thanks agian!

Selfishly (or not) it's quite important for the whole Erlang ecosystem. :)
