Update the Build it with Nitrogen book link #19

This just updates the link to the Nitrogen book to point to the official page for the book, since the ISBN link doesn't include any links to the [more affordable] ebook version. I hope that's okay :)

Hmm, I would suggest to put another link and not removing the isbn one. That's quite important for the future of this project. You can just update the link and create a new one to point out to the isbn website.

As a followup, would you prefer something like this:

A) Build it with Nitrogen (Official Site)

Or

B) Build it with Nitrogen (ISBN)

I personally like B, and would find reworking most of the books to that format - as it feels more user-friendly to me, while retaining the ISBN link accordingly.

Thoughts?
