Background

I am stepping down from chairing this WG.

Objective(s)

A successor must be found who is will to handle the responsibilities: mainly chairing the meetings and curating agenda items, but those responsibilities can be expanded by someone who devotes more time than I have :)

I'm going to take over as sole chair until someone else feels they'd like to try their hand at this.
