This issue is to track e-mail migration from "aliased" provides by Google to FastMail.
Migration steps:
Set up FastMail account for erlef.org and erlef.com (test/playground) [done]
Test migration for erlef.com accounts [done]
Create all aliases existing for Google DNS aliases to work via FastMail [done]
Replace MX records on google domains with Fastmail MX [blocked]
Google does not allow to change MX records if any alias exist. So this migration is 'all-or-nothing', all aliases must be removed, then MX changed. In the meantime, e-mails will not be available. If everything goes right, it is no more than 5 minutes downtime, but if now, e-mails may not be usable for quite some time.
