Working Group Calendar support #37

We want to give working groups a simple way to create, manage, and display calendars on each working group page.

MVP:

Create fastmail calendars for all working groups
- We do not have to create a calendar for every single working group for the initial rollout, but at least one.
Make all calendars public
Add links to calendar feeds ~in config~ on working_groups schems.
Provide link on wg page to the feed
Display simple calendar using fullcalendar or something similar.

Note: While this is titled "working group", the board and it's scheduled meetings and events is to be included.
