The Zoom accounts for WGs need to be documented somehow because they are not really working out #70

After the decision to give every WG their own Zoom account to avoid Bryan having to do more and more complex juggling with the existing accounts to avoid collisions (which then happened anyway because dates were moved) I was expecting things to get better.

But so far most of the WG chairs I'm talking to have no idea if there is a Zoom account for the group, how to access it etc.

We need a better way to tell WG chairs about the resources they have. And in the meantime: we need a workaround for the current situation (no-one knows what's going on except probably Bryan)

The simplest thing to do would be to add documentation to the wiki here on github and point people to it.

We didn't give every WG a zoom account, we only gave WGs who are clearly active an account. When this was setup each one was contacted and I went over where username/password's are kept, got them access to 1password, etc.

Could it be the chair's you spoke with were not in the list of working groups initially targeted?

My two datapoints were Education and Embedded WG.

For Education you gave me some credentials I think but Miriam who is the actual chair knows nothing of it.

In Education Natalia also doesn't know about the Zoom account.

Maybe they both just forgot about it, we are all spinning too many plates. Two failing data points I thought, maybe we need to do something about the process

Also TBH while I'm only the co chair the whole Zoom account is also opaque for me, mainly because I'm logged into our companies account and didn't have time to go in dig. So when we document we need to take into account that people are logged into other Zoom accounts often.

We should try to keep the friction of running a WG as low as possible otherwise we run out of people willing to chair WGs soon
