Allows players to cook rats for food.

You may want to redesign "data/meat.png" - it was a quick mockup.

(Somehow, my Oerkki-Night patch made it into this one - feel free just to cherry pick it and ignore the night, as it has it's own pull request).

Closing because, as far I can tell, celeron55's commit implements the idea.
