Fresh install: Had to run script twice to install composer because /usr/local/bin didn't exist #6

First time it didn't install composer because /usr/local/bin didn't exist, but the second time it installed it without issue so apparently something further down in the script creates that folder.

Dette problemet fikk jeg ikke på den siste macen jeg kjørte scriptet på så regner med det skyldes brukerfeil.
