Suggestion: add option to save/load games to/from text files #94

First of all, let me say that Cardtable is just wonderful. Great job!!!

As a suggestion, I think it would be great if you could include options to save the current game situation to a text file and to load a game situation from a file. This would make it easier to share games between devices and, more importantly, to have several setups already saved for quick load.

For instance, I may prepare my game to play with Spiderman vs Rhino and once I have the encounter deck and everything ready, I save it to a file. Next time I want to play with Spidey vs Rhino, I load the file, shuffle the decks and I am ready to rock :)

Of course, this can also be achieved by copying the game to clipboard and loading the URL later on. But those URLs are long and no so easy to store conveniently. Moreover, if you accidentally change a single character there, you make it unusable.

Great idea, and should be easy to add! I'll try to prioritize this when I have some time.
