@ixmatus I don't want to include erlang.mk in this project source, but I would be okay with a Makefile that provided an optional download of erlang.mk.

If we do that, we should also update the .travis.yml file to specify a Travis CI environment where that will be tested ... I can help with that (as long as you tell me how to run tests with erlang.mk!)

I'm going to close this as a duplicate of #13 -- we can update that one as needed.
