tar file not longer including src #454

tested with relx 3.5/3.18, erlang 18.0, 18.1 and 18.2

relx seems to include the sources in the _rel directory, but the built tar ball does not include them anymore. Older releases I built included the sources as well.

setting 'include_src' to true does not change anything.

latest version seems to have this fixed, can you check please?
