Merge yaws --stats and yaws --status #298

It looks like these two commands can be merged into one.

They're similar but not the same. Under the covers, they share common code but --status is intended as a quick check while --stats is intended for use with things like munin. We'd have to keep both options regardless to avoid breaking existing scripts, so I'm closing this no change.
