Compatible with Linux Wine program #39

Is there a way for Mugenhook to work with Linux wine program? I use Mugen 1.1 on Linux Mint using wine but it only loads up Mugen without Mugenhook as the addon or for the next update could you have the program recognize Wine on Linux.
