Color nick and user offline #442

It would be possible to choose and set the color for nicks to nicklist and chatroom in "style.css" ?   Example: according to attributed, if role is Op = #color 1 " " HalfOp = #color 2 " " Voices = #color 3 " " Not attributed = #color 4

and why not a special color when the user is not logged in but chose to stay connected to the server, because currently there is no indication who is absent and who have not got it, and also to open a private message, nothing says that the person is currently not "physically" connected, it can be a faudrai autoresponder kind message "I'm not there now, but you can leave me a message."   (Sorry for my bad English)
