There is a strong history of using Bayes Nets in health care applications, so I thought I'd highlight one of the more famous ones from LDS hospital in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Also added some more specific details about how to do pull requests for Windows users. As it turns out, running jekyll on Windows is actually a real pain in the neck. But hopefully this will give some insight to other students who want to make pull requests so that won't have to wander aimlessly like I did trying to figure out how to make things work.
