When changing some "xcms settings" via the pulldown menu, running the workflow resulted in:

  unused arguments (ppm = NULL, snthresh = 2, peakwidth = c(4.4, 11.7), integrate = NULL, mzdiff = NULL, mzCenterFun = NULL)

Should be fixed, but I'm leaving this open just in case

Absolutely positive that this doesn't happen anymore.
