remove untranslated German doublette #43

This translation file 1. does not have any translated strings in it and is 2. redundant since there is another German de.po translation file.

At least I can see no use for it.

Translations are handled by Weblate, not sure if it has to be removed there to not make it upset...

Hmm, good question. I never tried that. Could be that removing a language in the repo is commited to weblate too. Or the other way round. Or both may work. If we don't know, all we can do is try.

Do you have admin permission for weblate?
