Dears,

kindly I need your help in the following issue

I have faced some (attached) errors in the console for some of the alignments found by the tool. However the output files were generated. Can you please guide me why these errors were generated and how to solve them.

Another question is, there are two output files generated with two different directories, the first is in the assigned directory in the written command, and the second is in the same directory where the ontologies are found. Can you also please explain to me why this happens, am I doing the matching process wrong ?

Thanks a lot & Best Regards, Engy Nasr

For some reason I was not being notified about the issues.

I know that the command line is problematic in Windows. The problem seems to be on the given output folder. I think there is a missing "/". It should be C://..../testontologies/output/ ("output" folder should exist).

I think this will also solve the second issue.

As discussed today. It seems it is also required to add (in Windows) an extra "/". At the beginning of the output path: "/C://..../testontologies/output/"

Hello, I have also faced the similar errors, but my system is linux. And the result in the output fold is uncomplete. Can you also please explain to me why this happens and how should I do to fix it ? image image image image

It was fixed when I use absolute path.

Hi

I was about to reply. Yes, using full paths fixes the issue.
