As a User, I should be able to view user profiles for Crackerjacks #6

Given the User wants to view their profile or the profile of other users in which they “follow” When the User clicks on the Profile tab in the NavBar or the profile image of other users Then a profile details page will be displayed And the User may see the username, favorite team, location, brief bio, and parks visited

User may now click on the profile tab in the navbar and see their own profile details. They may also click on another user's username and be directed to that user's profile details.
