Diminishing returns

Paraphrasing: The loot drop code is a mess. I don't wanna fuck it up by quickly going into it to fix that. So I'm waiting til I have a decent bit of time to carefully fix it ~Justin

Justin's answer to the question on stream spoke to the chest code being an extremely complex system where one mistake can cause potentially significant unintended consequences. He had just built the bad luck protection system for the Chests and Potions Update and needs to have the time to sit down and properly add any other changes, like changing the Shiny equipment card droprate. It's not a quick fix.
