Added a smart.json #2

Hey @erobit awesome package!

You should put it on atmosphere (in fact we might even use it for atmosphere!).

I've included a possible smart.json in this commit. To push it up to atmosphere you can just use mrt release ..

Then it'll be a lot easier for others to use it (e.g. #1)

Great idea. Name of package needed updating, so I just copied your raw file and updated / committed.
