defendhandler can get computationally expensive #25

i think it must be defendhandler that causes cpu lag spikes when, in a game without an enemy team, an enemy unit is spawned. defenders all rush to the front lines. cpu lag continues after initial spike, suggesting that they are being reassigned too often.
