Bump OpenPDF from 1.3.13 to 1.3.26 #18

Fixes the exception occurred at PDF generation:

How to use this allure-testops-pdf-1.4.0 after adding jars to maven project and how to generate pdf it is generating allure report and how to generate allure pdf which command I need to use to generate pdf from allure result can any one help out me here thanks
