"Clean URL" feature breaks gitweb URLs #646

Activating "Clean URL" seems to break gitweb URLs, e.g.: https://git.gnupg.org/cgi-bin/gitweb.cgi?p=gnupg.git;a=summary is cut down to: https://git.gnupg.org/cgi-bin/gitweb.cgi?p=gnupg.git;a

Disabling that option in foxytab fixes that issue.

Thank you for the feedback. Clean URL is experimental and will be updated based on user feedback.
