we now load from json, so this is reasonable to do someday. Custom mods will need to host their skill trees somewhere as json+cors; I'm not going to run the as3 for every custom mod on every update.
If you're making a clicker heroes 2 mod and want it to work with the skill tree planner, talk to me - this is more likely to get done when someone's actually going to use it.
I'm going to ignore this until community mods actually exist.

Consider letting people aim the planner at custom js urls. Maybe limit to json, for security.
