mobile support

• [ ] pinch-to-zoom (if the elm draggable lib doesn't support this, probably use ports and hammer.js)
• [x] mobile-compatible tooltips (probably show on long-press. also see #6)
• [x] mobile-compatible ui layout? how atrocious is what we have now?
  • pretty atrocious, but the beta fullscreen layout isn't too bad.
• [x] actually test it on mobile and see what else breaks
  • [ ] dragging/panning
  • [ ] larger zoom and sidebar-toggle buttons

alternately, throw up a "mobile is unsupported, good luck sucker" warning if I decide mobile's not worth the trouble

tested while working on fancy tooltips/#6:

• fancy tooltips work now
• selecting nodes is very slow on my phone (3s-4s), but does work
• fullscreen ui's actually pretty nice. Maybe a wider/fullscreen sidebar and bigger buttons.
• no panning is very painful, you can max zoom-out but that sucks on a tiny screen
• no pinch-zoom is mildly annoying, especially with such tiny zoom buttons, but not dealbreaking

I can't imagine anyone ever planning their build from mobile, but we could make viewing others' trees way more pleasant by fixing pan and button sizes

Did a quick test on this. Draggable has a touchTriggers feature. It's slow on my mobile and the zoom buttons are no longer clickable (this could probably be solved by drawing them "out" of the svg) but it "works".

PS : Using this would mean no pinch-zooming but not a big deal with bigger zoom buttons.
