readme and docs should link to the latest version in <script> examples #18

right now it's an old version. Yes, it's trivial to update them by hand, but I don't want to do that every time a new version's pushed: find some way to keep them up to date automatically, whether it's a build script that changes the version number or a redirect-to-latest url.
