Add action to remove current file #22

I would like there to be HarpoonerRemoveFile action, which removes the currently viewed file from the harpoon list if it exists there. If the maintainer approves, I can implement & PR it myself.

Hei @InfiniteRain! Yeah, it'd be awesome if you implemented it since I don't have much time now.

The code could use some cleaning up when I look at it after awhile 😬😅

You'd probably need to

add method to a service
register an action in the plugin.xml Then I'll redeploy the plugin
