Implement packet capture for other hardware layer #10

Check how we could make the rx ring functionality so generic that it could also process packets from other hardware layer such as bluetooth, IRDA, token ring etc.

A first step towards it has been done with 1f8bb2665ab43ab3013e8e226de039005b2dfd73
