Add support for structured JSON output #17

What this PR does

This adds support for getting the transa information in structured JSON output.

To enable the structured output option, you need to provide the --json flag (or the short form -j).

This refactors the script so that:

The output text is generated inside different functions
Flags and arguments are processed in a while loop
