I went through the instructions to download throttled for my laptop and when I ran the last line:
'systemctl status throttled'
I got errors and warnings regarding MSR MSR_OC_MAILBOX and I should disable secure boot in the BIOS. I did so and the computer went then to Ubuntu, there is no way to open the terminal. I tried the keyboard shortcut, searching and finding the app and typing gnome-terminal. Nothing has worked. I restarted the computer again and still nothing. Anyone have an idea what I can do to resolve this?
