Hi,
I would like to just share an issue that I had. I saw that after update to Ubuntu 22.04 system was slow and it showed that CPU is at 400Mhz. I researched solutions on Google and didn't find any solution :(
I did manage to fix it and now my laptop Lenovo t480s runs smoothly - I had to uninstall this cpufreq extension https://extensions.gnome.org/extension/1082/cpufreq/
For some strange reason it really slowed down my OS and had problems with throttled. Hope it helps for someone looking for solution :)
