Please provide support for 13th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i9-13980HX if necessary to test.

It seems that the C-cores are capped to 3800 MHZ instead of 5400 MHZ according to lscpu --all --extended and turbostat on my p16 gen 2 (maybe for good reasons I ignore)

cpu family : 6 stepping : 1 model : 183

Mine are all capped to 2200MHz in a laptop. :(
